About the work

Where does your imagery come from? Every Rise the New Day design originates in our studio. We work across drawing, painting, photography, and digital tools to develop each piece. Our designs are original and not available anywhere else.

What's the difference between Luminaria and Glyphics? Luminaria is our contemporary line — jewel-toned, abstract, light-filled work for modern interiors. Glyphics is our mythic line — inscribed, ceremonial, and rooted in sacred iconography. You can browse each collection from the main menu.

Are your products made to order? Yes. Each piece is produced individually after you order, by our trusted print partners. This means no waste, no overstock, and a piece that's made specifically for you.

Ordering

How long will my order take? Production and shipping times vary by product. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details. In general, expect 3–5 business days production for paper, canvas, apparel, and fabric, and 7–14 business days for porcelain, aluminum, and plexiglass.

Can I change or cancel my order? Because we send orders to production quickly, we can usually only make changes within a few hours of ordering. Email studio@risethenewday.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Products and substrates

Are the porcelain plates food-safe? Yes. Our plates are custom-made from fine bone china and are food-safe. They can be used for serving and dining as well as decorative display. We recommend hand-washing to preserve the printed image; avoid prolonged dishwasher and microwave use.

Can aluminum pieces be displayed outdoors? Yes. Our aluminum prints are weather-resistant and made to hold up to sun and outdoor exposure, making them well-suited for patios, garden walls, and other outdoor spaces. Acrylic and other substrates are for indoor display only.

How should I care for fabric and apparel items? Wash in cold water, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Hang dry when possible. Do not iron directly on the printed area.

Returns and damages

Can I return an item if I change my mind? Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Please review your selection carefully before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged? We'll replace it or refund you. Email studio@risethenewday.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you offer wholesale or licensing? Yes. Email studio@risethenewday.com with "Wholesale" or "Licensing" in the subject line and we'll get back to you.

Can you create custom work or commissions? Not at this time. Rise the New Day focuses on our existing designs across our product range.
