These Terms govern your use of the Rise the New Day website (risethenewday.com) and any purchases you make through it. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Rise the New Day is a design studio based in Sedona, Arizona. We sell original imagery printed on a range of substrates, fulfilled through our production partners.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from our site.
Products and pricing
We try to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished product due to differences in monitors, lighting, and the printing process. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or product unavailability. If we decline your order, you will not be charged, or any charge will be refunded.
Because our products are made to order, orders are sent to production quickly. Changes and cancellations are only possible within a few hours of ordering. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Intellectual property
All designs, images, text, and content on this site are the property of Rise the New Day and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
When you purchase a product, you receive the physical item for personal use. You do not receive rights to the underlying design or image.
User conduct
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
Disclaimers
Our site and products are provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rise the New Day is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
