Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Every Rise the New Day order is made to order. Once you place an order, we send it to one of our production partners, who prints and ships it directly to you.
Because each piece is produced individually, please allow time for production in addition to shipping:
- Paper prints, canvas, apparel, fabric goods: typically 3–5 business days production, plus 3–7 business days shipping within the U.S.
- Porcelain, aluminum, and acrylic: typically 7–14 business days production, plus 3–7 business days shipping within the U.S.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size or substrate. Please review your selection carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right. Email us at studio@risethenewday.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
- A photo of the shipping packaging if the damage appears to be from transit
We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Lost or missing orders
If your tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still hasn't turned up after a few days, email us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
